Terms of Service

Last updated July 25, 2026

I hope you'll love using what I created here! To ensure we're on the same page, I've written these terms, which you agree to by using the service. On the left you'll find the legal terms that make up the actual agreement, and on the right I've added clarifying notes, which are not legally binding (the terms always win) but just serve to help explain what each term means and why it's needed.

Definitions

LegalNotes

We, our, and us means the Swedish company Martin Magni AB.

That's my company!

Service means our web pages and servers that let you make and play apps and games.

The web page you're on right now.

Content means the stuff you make or upload using the service.

Your apps and games, and their art, sound effects, etc.

Content

LegalNotes

You own your content.

You're free to publish your games elsewhere, sell them, or do whatever you want with them.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, transmit, display, and promote your content.

I need this permission to even store your games on my server! It also lets me feature great games on my web page. (But does not mean I own them!)

Accounts

LegalNotes

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

The age of digital consent, it's the law.

Accounts cannot be recovered if you lose your user ID or password.

I don't ask for your email. So please write down your user ID and password somewhere safe.

You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Don't share your password.

Rules

LegalNotes

Don't break the law, or others' rights, using the service.

Well, duh.

Don't harass or harm others.

Be nice to each other.

Don't attack, overload, or try to break the service.

Be nice to me too!

We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.

Just don't spam and abuse, and you're good.

Service

LegalNotes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or shut down at any time.

There will be bugs. Servers can crash. Power or network outages happen. I'm doing my best here!

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use of the service, and any liability is limited to 500 SEK.

The service is free, so set your expectations accordingly.

If you break these terms, and we face claims or costs because of it, then you are liable for our reasonable costs.

This protects me from any bad user who steals content and hosts it on my servers.

Privacy

LegalNotes

We collect only what the service needs to work: your user ID, display name, and a salted hash of your password.

No email, no real name, no phone number. I can't leak what I never collected.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. Guests get a random ID stored in their browser.

No analytics cookies, no ad trackers, no third-party anything. This is why I don't even need an annoying cookie banner.

Our servers store your content and standard server logs: your IP address, requests, multiplayer commands, and conversations with the AI assistant. We keep logs only as long as needed for debugging and abuse prevention.

This, plus running the service you signed up for, is the "legal basis" required by GDPR.

Everything lives on servers we run in Sweden, and we never sell or share your data with anyone.

It's all literally in my basement, on a bunch of IKEA LACK racks I built.

To see or delete your data, use the account page, or contact us by email.

Email me for anything the account page doesn't already cover.

Changes

LegalNotes

We may update these terms, and using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Check the date at the top to see the latest update.

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Where I and my company live.

Contact us if you have questions or complaints.

Or praise. Praise is good too! ':)
